Experience real ‘bean to bar’ craft chocolate, stone ground from high quality cocoa beans. Slowly roasted to extract the rich flavours, and gradually conched into a smooth cocoa liquor, evaporating away the bitterness that can be tasted in cheaper supermarket chocolate. 

With this particular bar, we're celebrating 10 years of another business to call Bournemouth home; Shaka Surf. Blending sea salt during the grinding process and adding candied limes to the mixture at temper, we offer joy the sensation of the salty sea, with the “zest” for life that Mark and the whole team share.
