Always been one that travels, since taking over Ethicoco, I've added a new dynamic to that which I love. Now instead of merely exploring the world's beaches and mountains, I take the opportunity to meet with cocoa producers and bean to bar chocolate makers!
Here we have the first product of this new frivolity; a blend of the finest Tanzanian beans, organically grown and fairly traded, stone ground and blended with a touch of vanilla and a generous flavour of coffee beans. All sourced from my new friends at Munny Chocolate based in Dar Es Salaam. A gorgeous melting pot of taste explosion.
