Part of our "botanicals" range, Motomami is 70% dark chocolate, with Rose Petals adding a light floral hint to the cream and cherry notes of the cacao. And because I never want to give a straightforward name to my bars, this one takes after my favourite Rosalía album, Motomami.
All the chocolate we create is produced from "bean to bar", no remelted couverture, the cocoa beans are carefully roasted, stone ground in small batches, and then conched (mixed and heated) for two days to develop the unique flavour of the beans, to finally produce this smooth, delicious chocolate for you. With the rose petals added alongside the nibs, they're ground down at the same time, with the oils blending together to bring forth the unique flavours in this bar.
