75% Venezuelan Origin Dark Chocolate with Rum Infused Cocoa Nibs
This fine dark chocolate is made with just two ingredients; Cocoa beans from Venezuela and unrefined cane sugar. Some of the cocoa nibs were reserved after roasting and winnowing, and spent a week soaking in some of Venezuela's finest rum; Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva, aged for up to twelve years.
A dark chocolate packed full of mellow cocoa flavours, this chocolate has very little of the bitterness found in most mass produced dark chocolates. A deliciously rich and complex taste experience.
